Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel, and there were definitely some highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right on the promenade with easy access to local attractions. The staff was really welcoming and friendly, but I did find the dining situation to be a bit chaotic at times. The rooms were clean, though the noise from the extractor fan at the back of the hotel was a bit disruptive. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially with all the amenities available.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with beautiful sea views and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. However, the dining experience wasn't ideal, as it was a bit too busy on my first day and the food could have been better. Overall, it was great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it.
I had a nice stay at this hotel, but there were a few things that could be improved. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the view was obstructed, making it a bit tricky during dressing. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable. The location was great with lots of nearby restaurants, but I had mixed feelings about the dining experience, as it didn't live up to expectations. Overall, it was a good value for money, but certain aspects could use some work.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with spacious rooms that were super clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and attentive, really making me feel welcomed. The location right by the shoreline is fantastic, with plenty of restaurant options and easy access to the city. However, I found the dining experience could use some improvement, especially regarding the buffet chaos during peak dinner times.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a fantastic room offering a full sea view. The friendly staff did their best to make us comfortable, although the dining experience could have been a little more organized and the pool facilities for children were quite limited. Overall, it's a great location for a family getaway with plenty to enjoy nearby.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to its brilliant location and very comfortable rooms. The lounge area was a nice touch, along with the large bathroom that had both a bath and shower. However, the service could use some improvement, especially at the reception where staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Overall, it's clean and spacious, making it a great choice for relaxing.
I had a pleasant stay overall, with a nicely appointed room that offered a great view. The staff was friendly and very helpful, which made my experience enjoyable. However, the entertainment got quite loud each night, and the dining experience felt a bit chaotic with seating arrangements. The location was fantastic, right next to the sea and within walking distance to bars and restaurants.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a lovely and spacious room that was newly decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience more enjoyable. However, the location of my room was quite noisy, overlooking a parking lot and the main road, which was a bit of a downside. Additionally, the dining options were somewhat chaotic and intriguing yet could use some improvement.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, as it offers stunning sea views from the spacious balcony and is perfectly located near a lovely promenade, making it easy to shop and explore. The service from the staff was mostly helpful, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired due to slow replenishment at breakfast. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially considering the comfortable amenities, but the noise during the day was a bit annoying.
The hotel is in a lovely location, right between two public lidos and close to the center of Funchal. My room had a nice side view of the sea and overlooked the pool area, which was great for relaxing. While the service was mostly attentive and friendly, I did have one disappointing experience when the staff unexpectedly turned off the lights early one night. Dining could be a bit chaotic and crowded, especially at busy times, but overall, the selection was plentiful.
